Refund & Returns Policy – Lazure

At Lazure, we want you to love every spritz, scrub, and scent as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:
Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our products (like perfumes, room sprays, and natural soaps), we cannot accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons.

Refunds:
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Damaged or Defective Items:
Found a cracked candle or a leaky perfume? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
